Xtreme Swim offers a 30 day refund policy on eligible products!
Please read through our policy, and then contact us if you have any questions. We want to be as helpful as possible, but like any good relationship, it takes communication.
General Return Policy
We accept refunds and exchanges on all products except the following:
- Custom embroidered, Team Logo'd or special order items
- Swimwear or equipment that has been in the water
- Merchandise that is no longer in its original condition, including products that have been used or modified.
- Merchandise missing suit liners, parts, accessories, tags, or original packaging.
- Grab bag or sale items
- Food products
- Technical suits
To complete your return, we require either a paper receipt or electronic receipt with your order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will call or send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: If your shipping was free, the amount it cost us to buy shipping for your order originally will be deducted from your refund. Items in new condition but with detached tags or heavily damaged packaging, may be deducted a restocking fee from 5% up to 20%.
X-Deals and Grab Bag Products
Unfortunately sale items marked as “X-Deals” and grab bag products cannot be refunded.
Please try on your swimwear to ensure it fits before removing the sales tags. With the exception of tech suits and custom or logo'd products, items that are in new condition with the tags attached may be exchanged for a different size within 30 days. If tags are detached or missing, the exchange may not be honored.
Please call or email if you have questions about your fit before ordering. Remember: 100% or high Polyester blend suits fit fighter and stretch less. They often fit true to size for a competition fit, but if you're concerned about comfort, you might size up.
We only replace like items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are not accepted on grab bag items. Hey, its a grab bag!
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver (meaning they’ll be notified of your return.)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your shipping was free, the amount it cost to ship your order originally will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to exchange an item, you are responsible for paying shipping both ways.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item – sometimes the mailman, angry weather events, or cases of bad karma means things get lost in shipping. C’est la vie.
